DMCA & Copyright Policy

HDGrab does not host any videos. Files are fetched from the original platform at the moment a user requests them. We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid notices.

Sending a notice

Email contact@hdgrab.com with the subject "DMCA" and include:

1. Your contact details (name, address, email, phone).
2. A description of the copyrighted work.
3. The exact URL(s) of the content on the source platform that you want blocked on our Service.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We will block the reported URLs from being processed by the Service, usually within 48 hours. We also recommend reporting the content to the platform that hosts it, since only they can remove it.

Repeat abuse

We may block access for users who repeatedly use the Service to infringe copyright.
